How to use

Rapid Warming Balm

First start by applying your Rapid Warming Balm liberally onto skin and rubbing in when gaining UV exposure, let it settle into your skin. Now it’s time to apply your desired SPF. Reapply your Rapid Warming Balm and SPF when necessary.

Sunkissed Lip Balm

Apply a generous layer to lips and wait for the heat and natural glow to kick in. Reapply as needed throughout the day.

Is this a hot tingle product?

Hot, no warm yes! It’s not uncomfortable on the skin and should not have a really hot or itchy reaction like most tingle lotions. You may see some redness on your skin, that’s our warming ingredient helping support blood circulation so you tan darker.

I’m really pale and struggle to tan. Will your products work for me?

Our products can definitely help! Our natural tanning accelerators work hard to enhance your skin’s natural tanning process. As each skin type is different it is hard to guarantee you’ll achieve your desired results as it really comes to the individual. We have had amazing feedback from babes that really struggle to tan or only burn when exposed to UV – they are finally seeing tan lines! The key for fair skin tones is to apply the Elixir daily 5-7 days prior to sun exposure. This is the bit that prepares the skin by kick starting the natural tanning process. Alternatively, our tropical Self-Tanners will help deliver you a flawless, streak-free bronzed glow instantly if sun baking isn’t your thing. Our Self-Tan range is filled with skinfoody goodness, 100% plant based DHA & reduced scent technology to combat those icky fake tan smells. It’s the tan your skin will love you for!

Can I use SPF with your products?

You sure can. We best recommend applying your Fox Tan accelerator first and letting it settle into your skin. You can now apply your desired SPF. Keep in mind sunscreen may make the tanning process a little slower however will prevent you from burning. Reapply your SPF and Fox Tan accelerator as necessary.

Can I use The Fox Tan in a sunbed?

Sure can!* Our products are just as effective in a tanning bed as they are outdoors. Given they are short bursts of UV, the more sessions the better the results. Indoor or outdoor tanning simply use as directed on our products page. *Rapid Candy Oil & Rapid Bronzing Balm cannot be used in sunbeds.

I’m confused of which product to buy. What will make me darkest?

To reach your ultimate natural tanning potential we recommend using the Rapid Elixir as directed followed by the Rapid Mist, Watermelon Shimmer, Caramel Kiss, Rapid Accelerator, Candy Oil*, Bronzing Balm*, Banana Whip, Man Mist or Warming Balm when in the sun or sunbed. Using both products means you’ll gain MAX dosage of our exclusive ingredient FoxComplex® meaning your deepest darkest result! *These products cannot be used in Sunbeds as they are jam-packed full of oils. Alternatively, if you’d like a sun free tan then we recommend our Tropical Self-Tanners. They will give you an instant tan that requires no UV exposure.

Does the Sunkissed Lip Balm have any colour to it?

Nope, it’s transparent! Our Sunkissed Lip Balm has been created to enhance your natural lip colour. The cinnamon oil helps blood rush toward your lips allowing for a deeper pink glow plus plumping effect.

Burn baby!

Being an OG fox tan gal, I was keen to see what this cherry blush was all about. Having used tingle products before, I thought, pfftt piece of cake! Initial thoughts, not even hot, until it was! Woweeee she was sizzling! I almost thought it was too much but it’s just right. Mass bonus, BROWN! We had an unseasonably warm week or so, I managed to get ma summer tan early 🤌🏾 I’ve used every single product the fox tan has and I have to say, cherry blush is my fave! Be warned though, it’s not for the faint hearted! Would I recommend it? HELL YES! Minimal sun time, max results! That’s a win 🧜🏾‍♀️

God awful!!

Literally felt like I was set on fire!! Tingle are one thing but to feel like your lips are burning off is another. I only did a patch test on my leg and it was truly an awful feeling.

Nice see where you apply tint

Love the see where you apply tint , tingle can be a little much .... Only bad thing I can say is make sure you get the lid on tight or it will be all over your bag and everything in it.

Worth it!

The lip balm and body balm smell amazing! The lip balm works great. It provides quite the tingle on the lips with a nice rosey color once it starts working. The body balm provides less of a tingle but definitely a better tan! I used it in a tanning booth.
